We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing 7 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase only for unused and tags on the product. All bodysuits, swimsuits, lingerie and undergarments are final sale. We will accept exchanges within 20 days from the date of purchase only for unused product in its original packaging.
To return a product to the anewcouture.com fulfillment center. The original email order confirmation, packing slip, and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.
Any FREE product or FREE gift must accompany the return to receive a refund to the payment method used on anewcouture.com. A store credit will be issued on a return not accompanied by the FREE product or FREE gift.
Original shipping charges are refunded only if the product is defective.
Exchanges can be made by return product to the fulfillment center for the product of equal or greater value. Customers are responsible for paying any additional difference in price and sales tax for exchanges of greater value.
Re-carton the products you are returning along with any applicable free gifts, your original email order confirmation and your pack slip using the packaging materials that came with your online purchase.
To reprint the order, select the Login to My Account link on www.anewcouture.com. Enter your username and password. Look under Track My Recent orders, then select your order number (view details). Finally, Print Your Order.

RETURN PRODUCTS TO ANEW COUTURE BY GROUND-ONLY SHIPPING METHODS – Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations.
If you return products to the ANEW COUTURE Returns Center, you can check your order status online at any time to see if we've received and processed it. You may also Contact Us to check on the return status. Please have your order number available to allow us to better serve you.
ANEW COUTURE will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving and processing your return. The credit should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing
