Please be aware that all orders are processed within 2-3 business days (NOT including weekends or holidays).
Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.
All orders placed on Friday after 3PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
FREE Shipping for US and Canada. All merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes) qualified for FREE shipping is shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping service. FREE or discounted shipping excludes oversized packages.
Anew Couture is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date
Gift Cards and eGift Certificates do not apply. Select items considered *Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) do not qualify for Free Shipping and must be shipped UPS Ground.

*Hazardous Materials
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.
